The swimming pool (38ft x 16ft, depth 3ft 6”) is accessed directly from inside the house, via a wheelchair accessible ramp. There is a pool hoist for disabled visitors, roman steps into the pool and ample seating around the pool. There are shower/changing facilities with a toilet and shower seat. The hot tub is outside, just a short distance from the pool patio doors.
